Romania’s flag color meanings:
Blue - Freedom:
Everything’s as fine as it can be, casual and fashionable clothes, parties and friends are his life. Romanians are heavy smokers, most males and women smoke before 18. Accessories are also a hit between Romanians, men and women wear rings, bracelets and love to dress in eccentric and personally assorted clothes.
Yellow - Abundance:
Abundance isn’t gold, but crops. Romania’s agriculture used to be one of the best in Europe. I dressed him in a traditional costume because the rural part is deeply connected with agriculture and whenever traditional dances are performed freshly baked bread is shared among everyone with at least one glass of ţuică (traditional alcoholic drink).
Red - Blood Shed:
Wearing the military uniform means war and it’s also considered a great honor to fight for the citizens, for the land and for the Romanian honor. Romanian history isn’t popular except for Vlad Ţepeş, but we won many wars against the odds and kept tribes at bay from entering in Central and Western Europe. Romania is a small country so unfortunately it’s been occupied by greater powers in the past.
His ‘vampire’, more like demon, appearance is the manifestation of hate. Normally, Romania looks like a regular human, but as his hate grows his appearance changes along with it (headcanon anyone?). For example if he’s near Hungary his eyes will become brown-red, since it’s not enough hate to trigger a demonic appearance, only war can do that.
